SERVICES AND CHARGES
Zoo Care offers a number of services to suit you and your pets' requirements including pet minding, dog walking, puppy care, open for inspection pick-ups, taxi service, nail clipping, worming and home delivery of our quality range of pet food.
We care for your animals at your place where pets are comfortable in their own surroundings and are not stressed by transport or an unfamiliar environment. We endeavor to maintain your pets normal routine and to give them all the love and care that they need, with much attention and lots of cuddles.
Listed below are our standard services, if there is something you require that is not listed below, please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.
PET MINDING
Dogs,cats,horses and other larger animals
Includes any or all of the following: pet feeding, water replenishment, playtime, administering medication, kitty litter changing, dropping pick-up, mail collection, bins brought in/put out, watering of garden and indoor plants, cage cleaning, 10-15 min dog walk (if applicable), lights turned on/off, blinds adjusted. For horses this can include rugging, grooming and riding.
$20 - 30 min visit $6 for each additional 15 minutes. Two visits per day is $30
Smaller animals such as chickens, mice, rabbits, birds where there is no more than one cage  Excludes dogs, cats and other larger animals. Includes feeding, watering and other house duties listed above.
$18 per 15 min visit. $3 extra for cage cleaning. Two visits per day is $25
All bookings of more than 7 days will be charged at $15 from the 8th day.
These charges are flat rate and includes unlimited number of animals but obviously more animals will equal extra time in some instances.
In some instances we may possibly be able to take small caged animals into our own home (ie a bird, mouse or rabbit in a portable cage) but we are unable to take in larger animals due to our own pet's requirements. If you are requiring this, please contact us to discuss your needs further.
DOG WALKING 
Dogs can be walked on their own or with a group (max 4 dogs) at a location of your choice or ours.
Casual Contract (min booking of 4 walks)

MIDDAY PUPPY VISITS
We visit your new puppy while you are busy at work. Includes feeding, changing of water, playtime, clean-up and replacement of soiled litter and bedding and toilet training time.
$20 per 1/2 hr visit $18 per 1/2 hr visit for weekly bookings
OPEN FOR INSPECTION PICK-UPS
We come and collect your pet at times when your are unable to have your pets at home such as when your home is open for inspection, going to auction or you are simply having a party. We entertain your pets with either a walk or a visit to our place (if your pet is sociable).
From $20 per half hour
PET TAXI
For transport to groomers, veterinary clinics or kennels.
$10 call out fee, $10 per 15 mins thereafter
NAIL CLIPPING
We visit your pet at home to clip overgrown nails. Suitable for dogs, birds and other small animals. Sorry, we don't do cats!
$15 per visit
WORMING
We visit your pet at home to adminster worming tablets and other medications. Worming includes tri-monthly reminders.
$15 per visit (worming tablet included)
PET FOOD
Sorry, we no longer stock pet food but proudly use and recommend Dr.Ian Billinghurst's BARF Diet for dogs and cats. This is a naturally raw, balanced meal that is based on the evolutionary diet of their ancestors such as wolves and dingoes.
